Growing up near pecan trees, red clay, and winding rivers, the Nags bring the front porch to the concrete stoop, mixing Old Crow and the Avett Brothers with a whole lot of NYC attitude. After initially forming while in college together, they got their official start busking in New York’s subways, parks, warehouses, and rooftops. They landed a residency at the Opry City Stage, played a few shows in Canada and France, and then returned to the US to release their debut album Hard Hope in December of 2018.
